Searching for a family or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner licensed to work in Ohio with at least one year of working NP experience in primary care to provide on-site services on a full-time basis to the male population at this correctional facility. Schedule is weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays) and shift start/end times have some flexibility based on needs of facility. An on-site interview will be required. Assignment is projected to last approximately 3 months but may be extended based on continued need and mutual good fit.

The following credentialing documents must be submitted: a comprehensive resume that includes education (with location and year of graduation), training, and complete work history; Ohio license; healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification; and Drug Enforcement Administration certification. A packet of ODRC forms must also be submitted so that a background investigation can be completed. The results of a TB test and drug test must be made available to the hiring manager at least 48 hours prior to start, or the start date may be postponed. The TB test must have been completed within 30 days prior to start, and the drug test must have been completed within 60 days prior to start.
