Job Overview: PRG Technical, a leading staffing agency, is excited to offer an opportunity for an Order Processor - Service role on behalf of our client in the energy sector. This position is crucial for ensuring customer orders and service assignments are completed efficiently through planning, coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and service technicians, including processing complaints and scheduling service orders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve configuration issues and ensure timely completion of service orders.
- Interpret and clarify customer specifications, ensuring orders are feasible and cost-effective.
- Enter and manage data in SAP for accurate processing across departments.
- Monitor and manage service reports to ensure accuracy in materials, work hours, mileage, and travel hours.
- Offer after-sales technical support to designated end customers/operators, if applicable.
- Process and manage customer complaints and global incidents in a timely manner.
- Assist various departments in solving technical issues and inform about potential or actual global incidents.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Knowledge of products in the electrical transmission industry is a plus.
- Customer service experience in any industry.
- Strong competencies in autonomy, communication, creativity, learning, analyzing, and attention to detail.
