Oracle Pre-Deployment Audit Specialist

Marathon TS is hiring an Oracle Pre-Deployment Audit Specialist to support our client in San Antonio, TX. This is a 100% remote role, and the best candidate will be a US citizen with an active secret clearance and the following skills:

-Have 5+ years of extensive experience implementing and supporting complex public sector pensions functionality including July Rate changes, multiple pension programs by labor agreement, integration between human resources and pensions, etc.

-Extensive experience developing functional project plans, configuring the applications, documenting the business processes and application configuration, writing functional specifications, creating test scripts, executing test scripts, researching and resolving testing issues

-Work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery.

-Support requests from the Government or other contractor ; develop presentations (with the team) to demonstrate compliance with the requested information.

-Review requirements provided by the audit team and identify the functionality that satisfies those requirements.

-Support FISCAM and FIAR Audits, and FFMIA audits
