Oracle HCM Test Consultant
We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Test Consultant to join our project team and play a critical role in the successful implementation and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Oracle HCM modules and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Design:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Reporting and Payroll)
- Define test objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Test Execution:
- Execute test cases for various Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Reporting and Payroll)
- Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document and analyze test results, ensuring that all test defects are logged and tracked to resolution.
- Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and provide detailed reports.
- Automation and Tools:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Oracle Test Manager.
- Utilize test management tools (e.g., Client ALM, JIRA) for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies.
- Review and provide feedback on project documentation, including functional requirements and design specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM testing.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Reporting and Payroll)
- Proficiency in test management and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Oracle Test Manager).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
- Additional Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based HCM solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with release management process for Oracle clous HCM application
- Work Environment:
