Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead

Brief Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead to join our team. As the lead, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our HR systems align with business objectives and support our workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and others as required.
- Analyze business requirements and processes to determine the most effective configuration and setup within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Customize Oracle Fusion HCM to meet specific business needs, including the development of custom reports, workflows, and interfaces.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and functionality of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, including developing training materials and conducting workshops.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion HCM, troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion HCM updates, patches, and new features, evaluating their potential impact and recommending appropriate actions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 5+ in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and functionality.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations are preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus.
