AM UPDATES:

As a pivotal member of the ERP Oracle Cloud Integration team, you will serve as an Integration Support Expert to provide Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support for our diverse integration platforms, including SOA, IBM MQ, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and Boomi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our integration processes.

Required Qualifications:

" Proven experience in supporting integration platforms, including SOA, IBM MQ, OIC, and Boomi.

" Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, demonstrating knowledge of modules, functionality, and underlying architecture

" Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to integration issues.

" Familiarity with incident management processes and tools.

" Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

" Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
