Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant

Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Interim or Active Secret Clearance Baer is looking for Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant for a 12+ month Federal project located in San Antonio, TX. Title: Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant Location: Hybrid - San Antonio, TX Duration: 12+ months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive costing solutions for Oracle EBS Payroll. Account for labor costs between payroll and financials, ensuring accurate and efficient integration. Provide hands-on functional and testing experience with costing solutions. Implement and troubleshoot production costing tickets through to resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Maintain and optimize Oracle EBS Payroll (US) systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide expertise in Oracle EBS General Ledger, Project Costing, and Financials. Support end-users and provide training as needed. Document processes and create detailed functional specifications. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience with the following: Oracle EBS HCM Payroll (US) Oracle EBS General Ledger Oracle EBS Project Costing Oracle EBS Financials 7+ years of Federal Industry Experience Proven track record of successful implementations and troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
