What will the Application & System Administrator do?
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical assistance and support for incoming service requests and help desk emails, ensuring timely responses
- Identify and research software systems including implementation, testing and onboarding with the company
- Perform daily user management within Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and related hardware and software
- Train or direct users on correctly using software and hardware within the environment
- Specifically with Oracle, this person would be charge of managing patches and upgrades, setting up new users and items and maintaining various ERP processes
What the company needs in an Application & System Administrator:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office 365 and experience working with both Windows and MAC operating systems
- Advanced proficiency in one of the following: Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Dropbox, Confluence/Jira, MS Office and/or Crowdstrike
- Fluency in Financial Systems is a plus
