Job Summary:
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking an Oracle Developer to join their team onsite in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of programming/systems analysis experience with expertise in Oracle databases, forms, and reports.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL.
- 2-5+ years of programming/systems analysis experience.
- Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports.
Preferred:
- Experience writing complex queries and developing complex PL/SQL database objects.
- Ability to write complex queries utilizing Transact SQL.
- Knowledge of relational database design, data processing, and data communications.
- Experience in writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements.
- Government experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements.
- Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation indicating project compliance with OATS policies and procedures.
- Address project team conflict and communication problems proactively.
- Review required documentation for completeness and correctness before submitting to the project team and stakeholders.
