- Schedule: M-F 7am-3/4pm
- Call Schedule: 1:7 ratio, Weekday pager 4pm-7pm, Weekend Friday 4pm- Monday 7am
- Support Staff: 5 MDs, 2 CRNA
- General B/B cases
- Certifications: IN License, IMLC
- Credentialing: Expedited for January 1st
