Responsibilities will include but not limit to:

Perform vision therapy work-ups, vision therapy re-evaluations and office visits for children and adults

Analyze test results and develop a treatment plan

Requirements:

Valid O.D license in the state of NY

Salary:

$75 per hour- open for negotiations for the right fit.

Schedule:

No nights

Sundays only- potential to increase

10AM-6PM- preferred
