Job Responsibilities: Assisting patients with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments. Process orders using point of service software and filing insurance claims online. Final inspection of eyeglasses. Help with product ordering and returns. Process invoices for payment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Eager to learn about new products and how they will benefit the patients. Provide courteous service to our patients. Contributes to a positive work environment.
