TWO Positions ONLY - 3rd Shift: 12am - 8:30am
Job Responsibilities
- Reading, understanding , and following work instructions.
- Ensuring the adjacent shift's Operator / Packer is aware of job related responsibilities.
- Weighing and packing product according to packaging instructions.
- Cleaning and maintaining the Press area assigned.
- Ensuring Production Record is correct and completely filled out.
- Disposal of scrap.
- Reporting any problems / discrepancies to the crew leader, foreman or quality inspector.
- Make boxes.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime on weekends.
- Must be willing to work occasional voluntary overtime.
- Must be wiling to come in early and/or stay over to support vacation/call-off coverage.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
Job Specific Training or Validation Required
- Blue Book Content and Review.
- Production Record completion requirements.
- Scale reading for packing.
- Box making and Tape Machine use.
- Scrap disposal: Red Bins and Grinders.
