Job Specific Tasks, Knowledge, Responsibilities and Activities: - Must be trustworthy, honest, and loyal to all customers, management, and personnel
- Assemble each product according to specifications
- Conduct quality assurance checks using the unaided eye, rulers, and other instrumentation to confirm the assembled product meets the quality standards and the specifications of the customer
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Complete required quality and production forms
- Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly
- Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
- Ability to meet daily production requirements
- Willingness to adapt to changes in work as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictate
Education, Experience, and/or Certifications or Licenses:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to see and work with small diameter wire, parts, and subassemblies
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
