This position will be based in Mooresville, NC at Victory 1 Performance on 1st shift.

We are currently seeking a skilled Swiss Screw Machine Operator to join our team. As a Swiss Screw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of Swiss screw machines to produce parts in accordance with blueprints and specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and precise dimensions of finished parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating Swiss screw machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
