Job Description
Operate, monitor, and maintain automated production line equipment, including integrated robots, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes

Key Responsibilities

• Start up, run, and shut down automated production line as required

• Perform regular inspections and preventive checks on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance

• Able to monitor machine to maintain precision tolerances

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including machine and robot downtime, and implement timely solutions to minimize production interruptions

• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Make adjustments to machinery and robots to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality standards

• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to address complex technical issues and implement improvements to the production line

• Comply with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

• Document production activities, equipment maintenance, and any issues encountered during operation

• Perform review of Bill of material, and material handling activities as needed.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Machine operation experience in a production environment preferred
Dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Basic computer skills for data entry and simple manipulation
