Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to support Project Manager Cyber and Space (PM C&S) with operations, training, and administrative duties. This is an opportunity to be involved in the rapidly growing PM C&S Program Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to : In support of Project Manager Cyber and Space (PM C&S), manage and execute operations, training, and administrative duties, including researching, refining, and responding to various acquisition, operations, administrative, and programmatic suspense's, taskers, and data calls. Review, edit and track all internal and external staff actions to conclusion. Track all annual mandatory Army and PEO training requirements for all assigned military, civilian and contractor personnel assigned to Cyber and Space (C&S). The incumbent will serve as a liaison between PM Cyber and Space and AFLCMC/HNC. Must be able to interact across broad ranges of stakeholders and superior offices with tact and diplomacy and possess the ability to facilitate outcomes across a diverse $1B+ program portfolio. Duties include but not limited to drafting and reviewing policy documents and correspondence, senior level, program, acquisition, technical and administrative support to the O6 through effective planning and execution of product efforts, initiatives and goals. Responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting on plans and schedules, providing overall facilitation and coordination across PM C&S, PM IW (development) and PM IW (infrastructure), conducting research, help to formulate solutions and advise on complex program, acquisition and technical challenges. Requirements Minimum Requirements Knowledge and Skills The required skills and knowledge include: Demonstrated ability to author point papers and policy documents for executive approval. Excellent attention to detail skills with familiarity with AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence. Excellent communication skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams. Candidate must have knowledge of data flows, SharePoint, MS Visio, Project and business flow mapping and experience in the military and DoD settings. The minimum years of related experience required: 10 years working collaboratively with program management, systems engineers, schedule analysts, and operations personnel in a concurrent acquisition engineering environment. Education The minimum level of education required is: Bachelor's degree, preferred in Business or related field. Other Qualifications Outside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include: Must have active TS/SCI for consideration.
