Position: Operations Specialist (Ayr, Nebraska)
Duties Include: - Operate late-model equipment for a range of tasks in crop production
- Perform maintenance and repair on equipment, vehicles, trucks, and irrigation systems
- Manage and execute tasks and projects efficiently
- Assist in maintaining and managing farm properties
- Participate in essential trainings and certification classes as required
- Assist in every aspect of growing crops (tillage, planting, spraying, irrigating, harvesting, and trucking from storage to market).

Qualifications: - Basic knowledge & experience in equipment operation preferred
- 1+ year experience in farming
- Class A CDL or willingness to attain
- Work well with others and be part of a team
- H.S. Diploma or GED minimum
- Possess communication, problem-solving, & organizational skills
- Good work ethic, positive attitude, reliable & responsible
- Involves physical activity, must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
