Coordinate active secondary market transactions for domestic/international client base of investors; act as liaison between clients/(stock-issuing) companies; perform due diligence for clients to ensure of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) requirements; design visual reports IBM Cognos, Tableau/SQL (DB2) for clients/management; use Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for best practices; work with ISO 20000 guidelines; create SQL queries; review Python scripts; ensure accuracy in databases; collect relevant Know Your Customer (KYC) information from clients; liaise with broker-dealer to ensure records are maintained in database (in real-time); ensure clients documents are assessed/provided to client/company for execution; manage/provide technical support for Customer Resource Management tool; assist sales team that use Pipedrive software platform to track/manage deal flows; support said team on technical platform issues; coordinate with sale representatives to ensure clients details entered into Oceanic Partners database; create process flow documents; implement processes to ensure efficiency in operations department; analyze data/create relevant reports (data analysis, visualization tools); create visual reports of data (Tableau); present reports to management on quarterly basis; extract/merge current/historical data from data generating systems; conduct data exploration (SQL, python technologies); conduct statistical analysis/develop models based on operational data for active/potential investments; manage entries into blotter; conduct regular analysis (Microsoft Excel, Tableau)0; provide Chief Operating Officer with regular updates/reports on transactions that may be higher risk; notify operations team on data trends that appear in financial transactions (data anomalies may facilitate future decision making); research/develop strategies to improve Oceanics processes using technology; explore techniques to support decision making techniques; use data-oriented strategies/machine learning techniques for investment predictions; prepare/execute Oceanic datas strategy to assist operations team to collect data/provide timeline to improve operational efficiency; work with Director of Operations to ensure primary/secondary transactions are aligned; and maintain clients relationships. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Business Analytics plus 1 year experience. Experience to include designing visual reports IBM Cognos, Tableau/SQL (DB2) for clients/management; using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT best practices; working with ISO 20000 guidelines; creating SQL queries; reviewing Python scripts; and ensuring accuracy in databases.
