Position: Operations Project Manager

Contract 6+ Month with a high possibility of extension

Location: 100% Remote

Requirements:

managing client facing projects - initiating project start activities, all kinds of planning, working within PowerPoint decks, making agendas, tracking, process management, project financials, track and report out project expenses, work within internal system to initiate invoices (understand 'what if' scenarios and if reconciliation of payment is needed)

studies are research studies - quality improvement studies

strictly focus on quality improvement and research study projects

do work with another member of the project team

opening up client meetings on going through the agenda

ability to adhere to formatting standards

adhere to start/stop techniques - understand when they should do their work, ask for approval internally prior to it going external

Experience Required:

3-5 years PM experience

Excel

PowerPoint

MS Office Suite

Workday experience preferred (financial ERP) but would consider other systems including PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.

organized

has a good way of tracking tasks

can stay on top of things - independent and does not need direction

good presence and speaking voice

does not need to be SME on the study itself

would be beneficial if they understood clinical studies

healthcare experience preferred.
