SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA or Sunnyvale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features to support operations.

Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements and articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for tasks

Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Experience in a Project/Program Management role

Webpage design experience

Organize four workstreams reporting, OKRs tracking.

API background with automation that can speed up productivity

Hands on experience on operational strategy management.

Good writing/verbal communication, align with engineering leads, and xfn.

Understanding of coding

Budget planning, and reporting, represent the overall team for financing reporting, tracking.
