Operations Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is actively seeking a Division Operations Manager to support Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the division. You'll be responsible for optimizing processes, managing facilities, supporting the Division Managers, and overseeing various operational aspects critical to mission success. What You'll Get to Do: Management: Develop and maintain a Division Calendar and Actions Tracker (preferably in Teams) to monitor upcoming activities and deadlines. Track action items, data calls, and due dates to ensure timely responses and completion. Training: Design a foundational training plan for the division to enhance skills and capabilities. Inventory: Manage and track division assets, including required items like hard drives and optional items as per division preferences. Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure efficient procurement processes. Facility: Maintain an accurate seating chart for the division. Advocate for divisional facility needs to ensure a conducive work environment. Highlights: Review weekly highlights submitted by each branch within the division. Ensure timely submission and quality of highlight reports. Awards: Gather necessary information and draft award justifications (e.g., OTS, EOQ/TOQ/SOQ) for outstanding performance. Financials: Regularly review division financials and provide status updates to the Division Head. Develop tools and charts to monitor financial health and support data calls. Hiring: Attend hiring fairs to recruit top talent for the division. Review resumes and recommend top candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process. Communicate with Administrative Officers (AOs) to provide necessary information and coordinate seating assignments. Employee Promotions: Track employees' eligibility for promotions within the division. Inform supervisors when employees become eligible and support necessary actions. Procurement Requests: Identify procurement needs and initiate supplier research. Compare prices and submit purchase requests as required. Manage purchase orders, receipt of goods/services, and payment processes. More About the Role: This role requires the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. You must be able to work collaboratively with our Division Managers. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Relevant Degree or US Navy equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience statistical analysis. Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple projects. Experience in facilities management, financial oversight, and operational planning. Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerBI, and ERP systems is advantageous. Must be US Citizen. Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
