Job DetailsLooking for:
- 8-15 years experience
- Background in Construction (Ideally paving, general contractor, grading, etc.)
- Multiple years of Management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Must be well-versed in vehicles & have an equipment background
Job details:
- Will be right hand fix-it man to the President in many ways.
- Oversees all shops/fleets
- Will travel to job sites every day (very hands on role) but won't have to travel overnight at all
- Allocates assets, coordinates low boys, oversees ordering of fuel & supplies, oversees equipment purchases, oversees liquid & aggregate needs, etc.
- Teaches & mentors direct reports (will be managing about 20+ people)
- Will need to be on call on Sunday nights (run from Sun-Thursday & typically nothing Sat or Sun) - typically around 60 hours a week.
