Sampco is currently hiring an Operations Manager for our Headquarters in Pittsfield.
The Operations Manager is an important member the management team. This position plans, directs, and coordinates all manufacturing/production activities for the facility; expedites the flow of materials; serves as Safety, Quality and Lean Champion for the facility as well as assists in coordinating all peripheral activities of the support staff to ensure delivery of quality products within prescribed time frame and margin parameters.
