We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our janitorial services in Houston. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of janitorial staff, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Operational Excellence:

Develop and implement efficient operational processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.

Monitor and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to client specifications.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.

Address client concerns promptly and ensure all service requests are handled effectively.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that cleaning services meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess and improve service delivery.

Resource Management:

Manage and optimize resources, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies, to meet operational demands and budgetary goals.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Stay informed about industry best practices and implement relevant updates in the janitorial field.

Budget Oversight:

Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operational budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the janitorial or facilities services industry.

Demonstrated history of strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in janitorial services.

Proficient in using relevant software and technology for operational management.
