Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.

Job Requirements

Handles 30+ projects at one time

Manages all company Superintendents

Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations

Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas

Manages field personnel

Manages company equipment

Walks job sites

Reports back on the daily progress of the project

15 years of experience in Operations within a specialty contracting field

Organized and detailed
