Operations Management Analyst with Security Clearance

SE&I is leading the way in identifying/defining operational needs, providing cutting edge R&D on new solutions and establishing executable programs for strategic weapons system development and other mission critical DoD initiatives. We are looking for an Operations Management Analyst who can be effective in both leading teams as well as working independently, to solve complex business operations problems and provide oversight to detailed business policies, plans, procedures, and documents. The Operations Analyst will identify and apply concepts, policies, and practices of operations analysis management as they apply to the development, optimization, and sustainment of new and legacy systems. Candidates will be working from in Crane, IN, supporting various JRC programs. As an Operations Management Analyst, you will Design and improve production and test facilities, systems, and supply chain management processes. Develop strategies for effective management of federal contract funding, materials, equipment, and personnel. Implement financial tracking, project planning and milestone management, and procurement management to enhance overall operational efficiency. Analyze large databases to forecast trends, plan future operations, and enhance decision-making processes. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to develop mathematical models describing complex systems. Apply simulation, linear and nonlinear programming, and dynamic programming to solve operational challenges. Conduct detailed analyses to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and performance measurement. What you bring to the table MBA in Supply Chain and Operations, Business Analytics or a similar operations specialty or graduate degree in an unrelated field with 10 years of experience. An AA/AS or BA/BS may be substituted for the MBA or other graduate degree when combined with a total of 15 years of logistics experience. 10+ years of business operations / analytics experience, with at least 5 years of that experience leading multifunctional teams.
