Operations Department Manager

We are looking for an Operations Department Manager, banking responsible for supervising and ensuring the department is running in good order with accuracy and afficiency, according to the Bank Branch's policies and procedures.

Your specific duties will include:

Monitoring and leading the Operations Department's activities and rectifying any discrepancies found in daily transactions.

Reporting daily funding needs to the Accounting Department.

Executing Fedwire remittances and SWIFT messages.

Ensuring accurate day-end balance for operational parts.

Coordinating with other departments (e.g. Account officers, Loan team, Accounting & BSA) on customer inquiries.

Ensuring BSA compliance.

Verifying and submitting various reports to Head Office .

Specific qualifications for the position include:

Related working experience in the banking industry, preferably in the foreign banking industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or other related field.

Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.

Knowledge and computer skills in banking systems, including Fedwire, SWIFT, Check21, ACH, and other Office Applications.

Communication skill in Chinese is a plus (Mandarin or Cantonese).
