Our client, a political consulting firm in Washington, DC, has an immediate need for temporary to permanent Operations Associate to join their team.
About the Job:
- Build rapport and trust with compliance staff while performing tasks for clients, including mailings, check pick-ups, and other errands, requiring the ability to walk up to a mile.
- Process daily office mail and deposit contributions with high attention to detail and proactive communication with team members.
- Answer the main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate employees.
- Ensure a safe working environment by communicating maintenance needs and coordinating services, as well as keeping office supplies stocked and managing equipment issues.
- Provide support with employee onboarding and offboarding and coordinate team building activities and care packages.
About You:
- 1+ years of related experience or professional internships.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Reliable self-starter with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
About the Position:
- $22/hr-$25/hr while temporary.
- $50K-$59K, when permanent.
- Starting ASAP.
- Hours are 9:30am-6:00pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Metro accessible.
