Operations and Training Specialist with Security Clearance

Duties Responsible for day-to-day operation of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Analyze training program and recommend changes to enhance program efficiency. Responsible for Training Ammunition Management. Coordinate and staff actions, track suspense's, and maintain training information and records. Prepare training guidance for the commander's approval and signature. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment to this position is subject to a background investigation to determine your suitability for Federal employment. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. This position is subject to screening and update of required immunizations unless exempted for medical or administrative reasons. Subject to work on call during irregular work hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or varying work schedules to support Mission. This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
