Summary CTC Group is seeking Operational Requirements Analysts (ORAs) Level 3 to to apply their skills in SIGINT, cryptology, and engineering principles to help CTC's customer formulate national and tactical objectives aligned with SIGINT organizations. As an ORA, you will facilitate the solicitation, vetting, and analysis of requirements through organizing and leading technical exchange meetings (TEMs), forums, and other formal and informal meetings, as required, with Military Services, SIGINT organizations, systems engineers, data modelers, analysts, and other stakeholders and contributors. You will also contribute to and play a critical role in cutting-edge Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives relating to SIGINT operations. Responsibilities Facilitate requirements gathering by coordinating technical exchange meetings (and other meetings as needed) with the Services, Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), systems engineers, data modelers, and other members of the requirements team.
Provide comprehensive definition and documentation updates for deliverables.
Coordinate with analysts, managers, and seniors within Unified Cryptologic System (UCS) to verify operational requirements.
Provide technical direction in the area of the national and tactical cryptologic capabilities.
Participate in forums throughout the national/tactical SIGINT community.
Gather updated standards information.
Collect programmatic information to identify programs that need to be considered for future assessments.
Capture and deliver Tactical Compliance Verification (TCV) lessons learned through briefings and discussions.
Qualifications Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Must have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record.
Must have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experiences in Joint Cryptologic operations and capabilities. DNI and USD(I) strategies and policies.
Ability to solicit, vet, and analyze requirements to develop concepts of operation (CONOPS)
documents/deliverables and high-level system architecture and requirements specifications.Desired Individual Capabilities/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., systems engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations research).
Ten (10) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required of which five (5) years shall be in the Intelligence Community (IC).
OR
High School Diploma or GED.
Fourteen (14) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required of which five (5) years shall be in the Intelligence Community (IC). Why CTC Group?
