Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean six sigma methodologies, and leading project management efforts. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing operations and increase efficiency
  • Lead and facilitate kaizen events to identify and eliminate waste in processes
  • Utilize minitab to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Train and mentor team members on lean six sigma principles and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives and report on results to senior management
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve overall operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement
  • Strong understanding of lean six sigma methodologies and tools
  • Experience with minitab or other statistical analysis software
  • Project management experience, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
