Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service directly on issues ranging from simple to complex
- Process orders, returns, and close sales
- Troubleshoot technical issues for customers
- Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
- Provide product recommendations and advice when needed
- Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and sales productivity expectations
- Communicate with Team Leads and/or Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues
- Suggest improvements to enhance company communications and sales
- Assist with various projects
