This individual will be an expert SME in Jira administration, framework, training. The Jira SME will be pivotal in planning, executing and training team members and staff as part of the migration effort to Enterprise Jira. This position is required to be in the Office 5 days a week.
Description:
Sr. Jira Administrator/SME must haves:
5-10 years of experience as a Jira Administrator and Super User
3-5 years of experience planning, migrating and onboarding development teams from another tool to Jira/enterprise Jira
Experience training people, teams and leaders on Jira use, workflow and dashboards & Confluence/enterprise Confluence
Experience with Jira release management features
Experience building complex dashboards in Jira
Experience working with Agile teams
