Onshore Rig Administrator

Job Summary Coordinate with rig OIMs on Logistics, Scheduling, Payroll and Time Keeping. Job Description Key Roles & Responsibilities Assist rig with all logistical scheduling for crew changes and additional employee movements based on information provided by the HR Partner and operations. Maintain the relevant system(s) with crew information such as POB, cabin assignments, lifeboat lists, evacuation lists, etc Serve as the Timekeeper to maintain payroll accuracy in HR System of Record. Maintain the Strength Report, tracking crew change dates and employee status. Assist rig supervisors with entering marine licenses into the system of record as needed and monitor compliance status. Generate required catering and manning reports in the required systems Assist with training requests in the required systems as needed Travel to the rig as required. Education: HS Diploma. Preferred - Some college education as well as experience in HR. Experience: At a minimum, 3 years in administrative/logistics role with oil and gas experience. Preferred - Minimum of 3 years in administrative/logistics role with oil and gas experience. Skills: Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; be fluent in English language, both written and verbal. Preferred - Proficient in the use of relevant data programs including time tracking and logistics. Workday experience a plus. Additional Requirements: Requires Offshore travel. Pre-Requisite/ Qualification Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen. Must successfully complete pre-employment background check.
