Our Client is seeking a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) to provide services in the Dekalb County, GA area.

HOURS
Monday-Friday during school hours

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school
Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
Monitor any changes in student's status
Complete thorough nursing notes

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Active GA LPN license
CPR certification
Pediatric experience preferred
Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience
