The Oncology Services RN will be providing care for patients in the infusion center. They will assess, coordinate and prioritize all patient treatments and be in communication with the entire care team as needed. They will also be responsible for ensuring that quality care is maintained. The Oncology Nurse will report to the Nurse Manager of the department.
The Oncology Infusion Services Registered Nurse should be a strong clinical nurse that has previous hospital inpatient oncology or chemotherapy administration experience. They will serve as the advocate for patients and provide opportunities for success resulting in successful outcomes. The Oncology Services RN should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, licensed in the state of Colorado and BLS Certified.
