Sr. Okta Analyst in Las Vegas, NV on site 5 days a week
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues promptly. Collaborate with L1 / L2 support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution. Hands-on design, implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment experience with CIAM tools like OKTA, Ping etc. Well versed with all the various CIAM components and modules. Experience in the design and implementation of CIAM custom connectors. Web Services (both Soap Based as well as Restful). Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Auth0 and Okta CIAM platforms. Assist customers with configuration, integration, and customization. Incident Management: Monitor and manage incidents, adhering to SLAs. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise instructions. Escalate critical issues to L3 support or engineering teams. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to knowledge base articles. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Overall 10+ years in access management space Minimum 4 years of experience in CIAM support or related roles. Proficiency in Auth0 and Okta CIAM platforms. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect). Familiarity with JavaScript, REST APIs, and web technologies. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused mindset. Effective communication skills. Certifications (preferred): Auth0 Certified Customer Identity Cloud Developer.
