Responsibilities for this Office Support Specialist job include but not limited to the following:

• Enters and verifies alphanumeric and numeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database

• Support accounting department with data entry

• Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager

• May coordinate the workflow of others and run reports

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• At least 1 to 3 years of office experience

• Proficient in Microsoft programs- Word, Excel

• Proficient in Google programs

• Data Entry skills- 10 key a plus

• Able to learn quickly and pick up software programs

Pay for this position is $18.54/hr. This is a long-term job opportunity.

Pay Details: $18.54 per hour
