Passport Automotive Group is looking for an Office Manager for their centralized Accounting department. We are a family owned and operated for more than 30 years. Fast growing auto group located in the Washington DC Metro area.
Job Description
Office Manager
Should have experience with the following:
Train and mentor accounting staff
Deal posting
Service and parts internals
Daily bank deposit
Schedule maintenance
F&I Product Submission and Cancellations
Monthly Commission Calculations
Various monthly reconciliations including Floorplan, Bank, Factory Statement, Intercompany, etc.
New and Used Car Vehicle Inventory
CIT
Receivable Follow-Up
Payroll Timecard Review
Assisting the Controllers with month-end and year-end procedures
Other duties as assigned.
Salary 60k to 80k yearly, with full benefit package.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years automotive accounting experience preferred
Good computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Must have excellent follow through and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
