RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Business Manager in overseeing daily operations, including administrative tasks, financial management, and staff supervision.
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance metrics
- Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THEOFFICE MANAGER ROLE:
- Prior experience in a "mixed bag" role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organization and a strong multi-tasker.
