Key Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company by managing the front desk and handling all incoming and outgoing mail with precision.
- Organize and coordinate office lunches, parties, snacks, and supplies, ensuring a lively and engaging workplace.
- Provide comprehensive support to team members with IT or administrative needs, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
- Efficiently manage mail, as well as FedEx and UPS requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and dispatch of all parcels.
- Office supply and kitchen stocking
- Support C-Suite as an Executive Administrator
- Sport a can-do attitude.
Ideal Office Manager Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting, demonstrating your capability and adaptability.
- While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, showcasing your technical competence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions both internally and externally.
- A proactive, driven individual who excels in customer service and is able to maintain professionalism in all situations.
