This is a direct hire and newly created position open due to growth with a growing construction and development company in College-Station.

Responsibilities:
Monitor the day to day financials within the company
Produce monthly financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile accounts
Manage and coordinate with independent accounting firm in the preparation of corporate tax reporting
Implement and update HR policies and procedures
Oversee new employee recruitment and onboarding
Oversee office processes and policies
Interact with all existing clients, supplies, vendors, subcontractors, etc.
Plan and execute employee development or engagement
Maintain communication with external providers
Provide support to leadership with scheduling, traveling, meeting arrangements
Manage company licenses and vendors to ensure compliance

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, accounting or related field
5+ years of bookkeeping
Experience running an office including vendor management
Strong organization skills
Ability to process data and communicate through reports and spreadsheets

Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000-70,000, based on experience
