Office Manager

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Atlanta Support Center. Responsibilities will generally include duties like greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and administrative tasks like scheduling meetings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the face of the office environment, interacting with external and internal customers at every level, every day.

What you'll do:

Act as the first point of contact for the corporate office, greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately
Collaborate with other teams and departments to promote a positive company culture through employee engagement events and activities, such as monthly luncheons, huddles, team building, social gatherings, and volunteer opportunities
Support the coordination of leadership and franchise meetings
Manage community relations with companies and partners near our corporate offices
Support the coordination of leadership meetings, franchise meetings, etc.
Create guest badges, and support in creating new hire badges, replacement badges, and badge machine supply ordering and maintenance
Support the Executive Assistant, Chief People Officer, and others with special projects and ad hoc needs
Manage the breakrooms by keeping track of inventory, reordering supplies, organizing stock, and maintaining cleanliness
Troubleshoot kitchen appliance issues and contacting vendors for service as needed
Maintain office cleanliness and organization, which includes coordinating maintenance services as needed and partnering with office cleaning crew
Receive and sort incoming mail, including time sensitive documents
Receive deliveries (sign for and distribute) and manage outgoing packages
Manage the mailroom, keeping the space tidy and organized
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Handle all building requests and vendors, for example, heating & air
Assist with office layout planning, office moves, and new hires

What you bring:

Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats inclusive of Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision
Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
Proven experience in office management or administration in a corporate environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong time management skills with attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Six years of experience in office management OR a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and two years of office management or related experience

This is a hybrid position based out of our Atlanta Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
