We are seeking smart, energetic individuals for temporary/seasonal positions to assist us during our Firm's annual proposal season. This period typically spans from September through January. We aim to onboard one or two individuals starting in August to allow for thorough training. The primary responsibilities include preparing responses to Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") for professional services, ensuring accuracy, clarity and adherence to established guidelines, in addition to contributing to various office tasks as needed. Candidates must adhere to very strict deadlines and be able to work under pressure in an office setting. This is an on-site position, with weekly hours ranging from 28 to 35 hours. Due to the temporary nature of the role, these positions do not offer benefits.

Job Description:

  • Draft and assemble detailed proposal responses, demonstrating a clear understanding of the client's needs and aligning them with the Firm's capabilities and solutions.
  • Ensure that all proposal responses comply with specific formatting requirements and submission guidelines outlined in the RFP.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to eliminate errors, inconsistencies and improve the overall quality of the proposal.
  • Work closely with others, including attorneys, to gather input and contributions for the proposal.
  • Manage strict deadlines and oversee multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet submission timelines.
  • Maintain an organized database of proposals and supporting material.
