We are supporting the hiring needs for a dedicated Office Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA. Our client Is looking for support in their legal department to mainly assist with administrative, secretarial, and clerical functions for staff. Candidate must be able to meet deadlines, work on several projects at once, and understand all of the concepts involved in the work performed. Immediate start.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily scanning, inputting data, uploading documents.
Perform secretarial and clerical duties in support of staff
Transcribes and types written and reports as required
Maintains filing and retrieval systems for documents, resources and correspondence
Manage files for litigation matters
Prioritizes tasks and initiates management with minimal supervision
Performs other duties as assigned to promote overall effective coordination of Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Administrative or legal experience preferred
Litigation background a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle busy workload
Excellent time management
Flexible in their work style
