Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administrator will provide office administrative support - Our client needs someone who can look around see what needs to get done, order supplies as needed, makes sure technology is working, dishwasher is loaded/unloaded.
  • Office Administrator will proactively run the office and make sure everything works
  • Office Administrator will assist with office inventory project
  • Office Administrator will help HR team manage details about upcoming events: rooming list, hotel check in, swag bags, event planning support, etc.
  • Office Administrator will be answering phones, sending and receiving mail/packages, and support VP of Administration, HR, and Contracts Director
  • Office Administrator will provide conference room / meeting set up including pens, paper, food, water bottles, and all technology used
  • Office Administrator will complete additional projects, as requested

Requirements:

  • US Citizen required
  • 2-4+ years of office administrative experience
  • Strong project coordination, project management, problem solving, and administrative support background
  • Savvy utilizing MS Office Suite
    • Word
    • Excel (basic formulas, formatting, creating links, searches, sorting, filtering)
    • Teams (should know how to start and schedule calls through Teams)
    • Outlook (able to schedule meetings for attendees without making yourself an attendee)
    • PowerPoint (Basic skills required. Intermediate formatting skills a plus)
  • Previous Visio experience is a plus but NOT required
  • Systems savvy with strong technology skills including scheduling virtual/hybrid meetings.
  • Strong communications skills - able to respond appropriately to management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
