Job duties: - Support the integrity of financial flows and resources by assisting the department with
- Searching for legal descriptions
- Reviewing outgoing completion and errors
- Review incoming new credit applications and documents for completeness
- Back up for scanning for Accounting, Customer Service and Credit Departments
- Managing Front Desk: a. receiving packages and deliveries
- Answering and directing calls to the proper department
- Greeting and signing in vendors and guests and notifying the proper employee
- Posts payments to customer accounts
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements: - Seeking experience in title, mortgage, county documents, legal file clerk, or similar document related roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
