Job description: Office Administer
Location: Fremont, OH
Shift:
6pm-6am Sunday-Tuesday, 6pm-12am Wednesday (Off Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Salary: $18/hr

Description:

Serve as a point of contact for visitors and callers
Serve as a support to staff by assisting with administrative/clerical tasks while providing a high level of customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Answering phones
  2. Data entry, including entry of payroll information
  3. Filing, composing documents, and other administrative duties as needed
  4. Assisting in warehouse with part inventory
Skills/Qualifications
  • 1-2 years previous experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience doing inventory is a plus
