2nd Shift Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM
3rd Shift Hours: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Requirements for the Maintenance Mechanic
Engages in the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, and fabrication of metal parts and tools by performing various duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain documentation for compliance with OSHA, ISO, or other applicable standards.
- May be involved in janitorial services, landscape maintenance, and trash removal.
- Assist operators in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Dismantle, assemble, and install industrial machinery.
- Enforce safety regulations in accordance with company policies.
- Follow specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency.
